Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Same-day cancellations or refusal of service at the time of arrival may be subject to the full service charge.

This policy helps cover reserved time, staffing, travel, and operational costs.
